Agreement Measures
Agreement measures are commonly used to assess the reliability of remotely sensed data.
These programs compute Binomial, Bayesian and Bootstrap alternative estimations of
the omissional and commissional error rates used in such assessments. Source code files should be extracted
and compiled on an ANSI compliant C compiler. Copyrighted routines from Numerical Recipes in C (Press, et. al)
must be supplied by the user. Executable files for the Linux operating system are also provided.
