REGISTRATION
Edinburgh Tool Day is a free
pre-PLEA2017 workshop sponsored by SBSE, but registration is required. Space is limited to the
first 20 people to register.

The John Hope Gateway is located on Arboretum Place, Edinburgh, Scotland
EH3 5NZ. Map
and directions. Participants will meet in the Gateway's upper floor
Patrick Geddes Room at 10:00am when the Garden opens. One of our
workshop assistants will meet you there and escort you to the Geddes Room.
Participants are encouraged to bring laptop
computers, digital cameras, smart phones (with an illuminance meter app
installed, perhaps), USB flash drives, and lunch money. 7 AIA/CES credits are
available.

* There are three nice dining venues in the Garden:
John Hope Gateway Restaurant (next to the Geddes Room), Terrace Cafe
(nearby), and East Gate Coffee Bar (at the opposite side of the Garden-a
nice walk).
Cost: No cost, and RBGE admittance is also free. However,

Society of Building Science Educators (SBSE)
members, PLEA 2017 attendees, university students and educators, and professional architects and engineers
are encouraged to participate.
