I have been working for ITS Classroom Technology Services since 1989.

While working for ITS, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience

in many areas of electronics including computer hardware and software support, networking, broadcast/professional/consumer audio and video, satellite systems, visual display systems and control systems design, programming and installation.  I began at the university as a component level repair technician back in the days when ram chips for IBM computers were on 16 pin sockets. They were pretty smart machines, when one went bad, it told you which chip in which row was bad based upon a code.  I have seen a lot of changes.

Currently, I design, wire, install, debug, support, write control code, web and other applications, help administer classroom networks and a Windows 2008 server as well as implement touch panel designs for the University of Idaho General classrooms.
