I am currently working as an assistant professor of statistics on the tenure track in the Department of Mathematics and Statistical Science at the University of Idaho since August 2023. Following the completion of my doctorate in mathematics with a concentration in statistics in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at Clemson University in August 2021, I held a postdoctoral position at Boston University.
My research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including method/model development for graph neural networks, deep learning, machine learning, high dimentional data analysis, multilevel data analysis, missing data imputation, and generalized distributions, with applications in various fields including biology, medicine, epidemiology, climate, and environmental preservation.
I have been dedicated to pursuing independent theoretical and methodological research, while also fostering and seeking long-term collaborative relationships with researchers who share common interests and passions.
