Review Process
All papers selected for presentation at the conference and publication in the proceedings will be subject to a two-tier blind, peer-review process. Abstracts have been reviewed by 2-3 people qualified in the subject area, and selected for development as full papers.. Papers will be submitted for a final review and returned with comments during conference registration. In order for the final paper to be published in the 2009 Conference Proceedings, it must be presented at the Conference.

Presentation
Paper presentations are expected to be 20 minutes long.
