ANDY KRAEMER, NSF Postdoctoral Fellow
Andy studies the evolution of animal phenotype in response to predation and the role of extinction in determining extant diversity. He is currently studying the link between ecology, morphology, and extinction in two radiations of Pacific land snails (Galapagos Naesiotus and Hawaiian Achatinellinae).

KATIE PETERSON, Graduate Student (Biology Program)
Research Interests: invertebrates, evolution of isolated populations, how habitat characteristics play a role in the evolutionary process.
Katie is a 2010 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, where she received a B.A. in Biology. Katie then moved west for an AmeriCorps programand pursued her Masters in Natural Resources at the University of Idaho.
