Building systems integration case studies examine the relationship between five of the essential systems that influence the design every building: site, structure, enclosure, services and interior. These are discrete graphic studies of design strategies for integrating two or more of these systems in architectural projects.
Building construction case studies are primarily annotated photographic studies of the construction processes. They include examples of construction specific elements of the construction process (such as a masonry wall), and more generalized examples of the construction of entire buildings from the ground up.   Case studies are graphic and written examinations of architectural projects that exemplify contemporary regional modernist architecture. The focus is on design intentions, building systems and construction materials.
