It is important to plan enough time to read and understand the points raised the article so you will be able to add insight to the discussion.   You may want to skim each article all the way through to get a very general understanding of the underlying structure of reading.  Do a second, more deliberate reading with pencil and dictionary at hand.  Take notes on the reading. These will be helpful in responding to questions raised in the forum.

Each discussion assignment will be structured differently, so be sure to read individual assignments and resond accordingly.
